Sensa update week 15

The last couple of days have been incredible. I just LOVE the holidays. We've been eating non-stop from Christmas eve till Sunday as we were invited to friends houses every night for dinner.

We sampled everything, appetizers and desserts included AND I still lost a pound!

The secret was not to forget to sprinkle and I think I forgot once but that's it.

We're both very happy as over the last couple of years we would have gained the usual holiday pounds.

Sensa update week 14

It's getting harder with the holidays around the corner. And my little gain of last week kind of discouraged me but I didn't give up (as I would have done in earlier weight loss tries).

But with Sensa there to support me, I know I can do it! Month 4 sprinkles are doing the trick, the sweet side of the sprinkles actually smell like cocoa!

Sensa update week 13

I'm so bummed! I was expecting to have lost some this week but I gained 0.6. I know that's not a lot but when you're expecting to lose, any gain is too much. Ian also gained (only 0.4) and he's convinced moth 3 sprinkles weren't as good. He's actually looking forward to starting month 4 today.

I have to say we have more sprinkles left over than the other 3 months so maybe I haven't sprinkled enough.

Well, on to month 4 and more weight loss!!!

Well, my baby loves all kinds of music. She just loves to sing and dance!
I was sent the following 4 CD's from My Baby Loves Lullabies to try out.

JumpStart Pet Rescue for Wii: review

Jamie has been a fan of JumpStart (online) for a while now but the computer the kids play on is very slow and needs to be looked at, as JumpStart now takes more than 5 minutes to load, the record time was 15 I think.

We couldn't have been happier when we were sent the JumpStart Pet Recue for the Wii by Knowledge Adventure to review. Jamie now finally got to play at it's fullest.

Well, disaster struck again, when JumpStart was in the Wii Console, the Console crashed and it damaged the CD.

The console was sent away and fixed and Jamie can still play the game up to the point where he can play on the pet stage. That's where the disc is damaged. So all in all still super fun, my kids play all the games on the disc except for the pet stage.

Littlest Pet Shop Friends (Wii) review

We were so blessed to have received a copy of the Littlest Pet Shop Friends for the Wii.

My kids LOVE to play with Littlest Pet Shop, both my girls and my son. So I couldn't believe when we were given the opportunity to review a Wii copy! I hadn't told my kids so when the box arrived they were over the moon!

Crazy Cones: We all scream for ice cream! Create the ice cream cone that matches what the pet is requesting. Us the +control pad to move the the cone under the falling scoops. When you have created the right ice cream cone, send it back to the hungry pet. This game is my son's favorite!

Busy Bakers: Order up! Fill your pets' orders using the different bone shaped cakes, fillings, and toppings. Use your Wii remote to highlight an item and then use the A button to select it. To place an item, press the A button again.

Lisa loves this game!

These are only a few of the games, there's plenty more like Kibble Cups (Lisa's very good in this game), Bath Time, Strike A Pose, Light Flight and plenty more! Not only do my 2 older kids love this, my 2-year old loved some of the games, she can't play all of them but she doesn't care!

If you're still looking for a present for your kids for Christmas, I can highly recommend this game, it's hours of fun!

The Littlest Pet Shop game is rated E for everyone and can be bought at the EA store for $39.95. This game is also available for the Nintendo DS.
