I'm so bummed! I was expecting to have lost some this week but I gained 0.6. I know that's not a lot but when you're expecting to lose, any gain is too much. Ian also gained (only 0.4) and he's convinced moth 3 sprinkles weren't as good. He's actually looking forward to starting month 4 today.
I have to say we have more sprinkles left over than the other 3 months so maybe I haven't sprinkled enough.
Well, on to month 4 and more weight loss!!!
