Sensa update week 3

Good morning everybody!
It's Wednesday and that means 2 things! Wordless Wednesday and Sensa update week 3.
Well, as this is already a lot of text you can tell that this post is for the Sensa update;)

It went really well last week till Saturday came along. Last Saturday we had a goodbye party for a son of a friend of mine who's joining the Navy. It was a great party, I actually only drank 1 alcoholic drink but oh boy I couldn't stop snacking on these stuffed mushrooms and chicken wings (and yes, I didn't sprinkle and I should have) and I've paid for it for the next 2 days.
So this morning I was dreading going on the scale and here are our results:

Here's our measurements for this week:

9/23: -2.5
9/30: -3.8
10/7: -1.7

total Sensa weight loss: 8
total weight loss: 20

Yeeeehhaaaa, I reached my 1st goal of 20 pounds off. I can not believe how easy the weight comes off with Sensa. Now don't kid yourself, I also eat a lot more vegetables, smaller portions and drink way more water. It's not just the Sensa, but it definitely keeps me less hungry!

9/23: -4.2
9/30: -1
10/7: -1.2

total Sensa weight loss: 6.4
total weight loss: 12

We went shopping on Sunday to get a shirt for my husband (we had a family photo-shoot yesterday) and guess what, he bought a L instead of an XL!!!
He is such a trooper, sticks really good to the sprinkling.
This battle of the sexes is going really good for us!

I know that some of you have checked out Sensa and today I want to let you know about a book that is written by Dr. Alan Hirsch that will be launched on November 3rd. The book is called Sensa: Weight-Loss Program. This book will be available on Amazon.com and wherever books are sold.

A little more info on Dr. Alan Hirsch:

He has also authored, Dr. Hirsch’s Guide to Scentsational Weight Loss, Scentsational Sex, What Flavor is Your ;Personality, Life’s A Smelling Success, What’s Your Food Sign and What Your DoctorMay Not Tell You About Sinusitis.

I can't wait to read this book and see if I can learn more behind Sensa and how it all works!

"Disclaimer: I was not paid to write about this book. In return for pre-promoting this book, I will be send a copy that I will review at a later date too. All of my opinions on Sensa are purely mine and my husbands as we're the ones losing the weight and giving our feedback on a weekly basis"
