Let's rephrase that, I thought I cut my pieces small enough until I read the recommendation from the American Academy of Pediatrics which is recognized by the USFDA.

We were sent the puppy plate from the Animal series.
I thought I cut up Abby's food small enough until I tested it on the plate. It was still too big.
The Safe Sizer diameter is part of the plate and kind of blends in with the colors and animals so it's not distracting on the plate. It's a very good reminder of the danger when you do cut up your food too big.
