Boon Inc. Strengthens its Executive Team
In this difficult economy when most companies are scaling back, Boon Inc. continues to focus on consistent growth as it adds two veterans to round out its executive team. This month, the company announced the addition of Brian Critchfield as its new Vice President of Marketing and Kevin Clisham as Vice President of Sales.

Brian Critchfield comes to Boon from the consulting and speaking world. He is an international expert on word of mouth marketing, marketing strategy, and online marketing. For the last 5 years he has run his own marketing agencies specializing in social media and word of mouth marketing. He has over 16 years of experience and has been instrumental in launching and building several successful organizations in the retail, technology, and professional services industries. Brian holds BBA in Marketing, an MBA in Global Business from Thunderbird, and has four young girls who act as expert product testers.

Kevin Clisham is a consumer goods sales innovator. He most recently spent seven years with Chef’n Corporation, an award winning kitchen tools and gadget manufacturer. As Director of Sales Kevin pioneered a number of strategic sales and distribution initiatives and was instrumental in positioning the company as an industry leader. Previous to his tenure at Chef’n, he spent several years in sales and marketing in the sporting goods industry, most notably with Raleigh America. Kevin holds a BA in Marketing from Seattle University and has recently added a baby boy to the Clisham household, which drives his passion to bring innovation to the juvenile industry.

“We are very lucky to add two individuals with the talent and experience of Brian and Kevin to the Boon family,” says Ryan Fernandez, CEO of Boon Inc. “It truly speaks to the significance of what we do here at Boon.”

When asked why he joined Boon, Brian responded, “There are few brands that have the potential to radically impact an industry like Boon does in children’s products. I saw an opportunity to help Boon live up to that potential. It is the right combination of talent, innovation, and brand position. It is an exciting time for Boon.”
