AboutOne Family Management (review & Giveaway) CONTEST CLOSED

Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed with all the schedules that are flying around in your household? Do you want more organization but you're not sure how to achieve it?
You wish you had 1 place where you could keep all the milestones your kids achieved over the years?
All of the above is what got me intrigued to give AboutOne a try.
About AboutOne:
AboutOne is an online family information management system, the ONE place, accessible anytime, anywhere, from any device (you don't have to be home and you don't have to be on your own computer) where in just seconds busy moms can store, secure and manage household information, including health records, possession details, education records, contacts and family memories, both text and pictures. AboutOne stores all info with bank-level security.

I was super excited when I got the free membership to try this out. I have a family of 5 and was worried it would take a long time to get the account set up but it wasn't bad at all.
The AboutOne family management system has all kinds of things you can use:
  • caregiver instructions
  • tax returns
  • milestones captures easily
  • pictures of your family to use for newsletters
  • sending cards (great with the holidays just around the corner)
  • and much more....
I've used the AboutOne family system for adding my family members and adding their artwork they've made in the past. They love looking at it themselves.
Since December 1st you can now also send Christmas cards, I will be using that one next year as I've already written my cards for this year. All you need to do is import your friend and family's mailing addresses, select a card and voila, AstonishingCards will take care of the rest.
On this one I wish they also had a free ecards section, maybe in the future.

So far we've added Lisa's awards she got in her school. She's already told me she wants a picture of herself on her profile as soon as her braces come off! This was really easy to do, you just scan or take a picture and send it to your AboutOne inbox at inbox@aboutone.com, the system will automatically know it's you cause o the email you entered when you set up the account. And then once it's in your inbox you can do whatever you want with it. See below for how easy it is.

You know what else, can you remember the time where your child said or did something and you didn't record it and you want to tell your family members and you forgot exactly how it happened? This has happened to me a lot and with AboutOne I can just send it to my inbox and save all of these per child so they are there to remember forever.

I haven't even scratched the surface myself on what's possible with AboutOne but so far I love it! And you know what, it's a very affordable system too, a subscription can be purchased for $5/month or $30/year. I know that once I've added all my info in this system, I want to keep going with it.

Are you intrigued? You want to have a look around?
