=======================================

I've been losing weight for some time now and am super happy with the results already (53 pounds lost) but I'm not there yet.
A lot of you out there are probably on a diet as I'm typing this but you know what, skipping breakfast or drinking diet shakes is not the answer.

If you've been reading my blog for a while now then you know that my weight loss success is greatly due to a product called Sensa and since I started using it, I have never looked back since. I can eat all I want and still loose weight but that doesn't mean I'm not watching what I'm eating.

I love Fiber One products and they are part of my daily routine. I was very pleased to be invited to this Fiber One BlogSpark.
Did you know that one serving of Fiber One Original cereal provides more than half (57%) of the daily value of fiber? This cereal has 0 grams of sugar, 14 grams of fiber, 60 calories and 1 gram of fat per serving.

I was sent a special Fiber One "Help Take The Hunger out of Dieting" prize pack that includes Fiber One original cereal, a cereal-on-the-go container, food scale, water bottle and a notepad to track what you're eating. I have to tell you, I tried fiber rich cereal before and didn't like it but this one is great and tasty and it's not just me that thinks it, my oldest daughter loves this one too and says it keeps her full till lunchtime. She's taken cereal-on-the-go container and uses it for her snacks in school. This container is amazing!

You want to try this cereal for free or have a look at some recipes, ideas?
The first 15 readers to sign up will get a chance to do so, just click on the link below. I'm sure this will go quick, but no worries, there's also a coupon code for $1.10 off of 1 box.

Do you want a chance to take home one of these prize packs? Well, today you can!
General Mills has very generously offered to give away the same prize pack I received to 1 of my readers.
Mandatory entry: what's the craziest diet product/program you've tried so far?

Congrats on doing such an amazing job losing weight.

I love fiber one products too. One of my favorite things to do is melt a Hershey bar and a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and melt it together and then take a couple cups of the original cereal and mix it in. Spoon out in tablespoon fulls and refridgerate. Yummy cookies!

I tried the cabbage soup diet once and it was awful. Hungry all the time and gassy too. And I didnt like cabbage at the time. LOL.

(I might have to try Sunny's recipe above with the PB.)

Years ago, I tried a diet called "The Miami Heart Institute Diet". It had some really weird combinations of food to eat: hotdogs, green beans and vanilla ice cream!

The craziest diet I ever tried was a liquid diet. It ended up with a binge at the end, totally defeating the purpose!
