Another week has flown by again. I thought I was going to put on weight over Thanksgiving but no, I'm still on track!
I learned from my friends on the Sensa forums that I should look at my calorie intake. I assumed that the less you eat, the more weight you lose.
Think again, you can also stop losing weight if your calorie intake isn't enough. So I started eating breakfast again. I often skip this as I'm just not hungry in the morning.
Here are our numbers:
11/4: +0.1
11/11: -2.2
11/18: -0.6
11/25: -2
12/2: -1.3
total Sensa weight loss: 18.6
total weight loss: 30.6 (I made the 30, that was one of my first goals, onto my 2nd one)
