I've reached my first goal! I guess you're wondering what I'm talking about?

Three and a half weeks ago I decided enough is enough and started to eat more healthy, drink more water,...
For some reason this time it feels different and I know I can keep going with this till I'm back to a healthy weight.

And as of today I have lost 11 pounds. I know it doesn't sound like a huge amount but it's a great beginning and I'm planning to continue till I reach my goal.

I'll keep you updated on my progress.

That is great! It is a real accomplishment--11 lbs is a big number for only 3.5 weeks. Be careful not to lose too fast though--it will be easier to keep it off if you do it gradually. That is wonderful that you are making an effort to eat healthier. Here's to your success and to your health! :) Way to go!

Congrats, Ann!
I personally know the struggles of losing weight.
I kept a blog about it for 200 days while I tried (and failed) to reach goal.

Ann, that is great! My husband and I just joined a gym and created a plan to start eating more healthy foods. It's tough but definitely worth the rewards! Keep it up!
