MSN Homeroom/Mini-Wheats Blog Tour

The kids are back in school. For some parents kids have started kindergarten, first grade, second grade and with the start of the new School Year there's lots of questions we have (well, or at least I have some).

Kellogg's Frosted Mini-Wheats and MSN have a cool new website called Mom's Homeroom where you can find some answers and ask some more on the community boards.
Some examples of articles on the site: 10 things about grammar every kid should know about, cool crosswords, brain boosters and more.... a big one for me I can use later on: minimizing homework stress & the right time for homework!

The Homeroom site features four Moms from different backgrounds: a psychiatrist, a former marketing coordinator, a teacher and an obstetrician/gynecologist. They participate in online discussions and have posted unscripted videos of their views on helping kids succeed academically.

I also love the quizzes section on the site, like "Is my kids handwriting normal" (I know I struggled with that question last year).

The MSN Homeroom site is just an extra way for parents to get some questions answered by other expert moms.
Head on over and find out for yourself.

“I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-Wheats and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. In addition, Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.”
