I'm trying to lose weight and I don't like to go to the gym (as you actually need to get in the car and drive over there) so after thinking about it for a long time we decided to get a Wii (not only for me I have to add).
I've been doing step and running for a week now (except for yesterday and today as I'm stiff from playing Golf!) and..........I've lost 4 pounds last week!
Now I know it's not only the Wii, I'm watching what I'm eating too and I'm drinking loads of water, but the Wii certainly helped!
I've got lots more to lose but in addition to the 5 I had already lost I'm now 9 down and more to go.
A challenge that I have is to drink plenty of water and this is where my next review/giveaway comes in. I can't tell you what it is as you need to wait for my next review, but I can guarantee you, you want to come back and read some more!
Need to go and drink some more water!
