Wordless Wednesday

yep, Abby was ready for the snow! (this is an older picture, snow is gone now)

my goal is so close!

Hi there,

It's been a while since I talked about my weight loss journey. I started in September '09 and so far I've lost 56.5 pounds of which 45 with Sensa.
I've gone from a size 16 jeans to a size 10-12 depending on the brand. I'm in a size 10 dress and I went from a size 16-18 top to a medium (yes, I'm not even a large anymore!). Another thing I've noticed is that my rings are loose, at a certain point I'm going to have to get them adjusted. The one thing I regret is not measuring myself as I've lost a lot of inches!
Sensa is by far the best product I've used and I've used lots of them over the years! Nothing worked, well some of them did but then when I stopped, I gained all of it or more back.

The only thing you need to do with Sensa is sprinkle it on your food and Sensa will do all the work. It will make you feel fuller faster. You need to stop eating when you're full. And this will mean you'll need to take food home if you're in a restaurant.
I was very skeptical at first but I already started losing weight in the first week and I've never looked back since. I can not remember being this weight before, not sure if I was in college or not. I still want to lose weight, I want my BMI to be in the healthy weight range. I've been in the obese range, am still in the overweight range and healthy is my goal!
I will get to my goal weight (13 more pounds to go) by the Summer. That's when I'll finally be going back home to see my family in Belgium and England.

If you feel you could lose a little or a lot and you've tried everything and nothing really worked. If you feel that after having 3 kids that this is the weight you will be forever (trust me that's where I was), then please give Sensa a try. It changed my life, I feel so much better, I'm not out of breath anymore when I climb our stairs or when I walk to school.

The Chalkboard Tee by Class Attire

My youngest LOVES arts and crafts, anything to do with coloring, cutting and glueing she loves. I was very excited when I saw a t-shirt that combines "coolness" with craft. Have you ever heard of The Chalkboard Tee?
These t-shirts are so cool! It's a chalkboard on a shirt, but it's soft and flexible as a regular printed tee. This t-shirt is continuously fun as you can write, draw, erase and repeat all over again. The t-shirt even has a little pocket at the bottom to keep your piece of chalk.

We selected the pink t-shirt with the butterfly chalkboard on the front. I know, Abby likes everything pink and combined with the butterfly, I knew it was going to be a hit!
For the picture I wrote her name on the t-shirt and of course Abby had to pose, she's so funny! In the meantime, the t-shirt has been washed a couple of times and the chalkboard still works, the print hasn't faded a bit!

Check out some of the other tees they have, aren't they cute or should I say cool?

I made a decision

Hi there,

If you've been reading my blog for a while then you know that we've had the stomach flu, colds and all kinds of stuff going around in the house. I've been struggling in juggling everything on top of writing this blog. With 3 kids, 5 people in our family, I've been struggling with managing the washing, cleaning the house, taking the kids to swimming practice and lessons and so on.
When I have super days I seem to be able to do it all and still have time for writing posts but lately I've been getting stressed over writing on my blog and that's not what my blog is about. Therefore I've made the decision to still write on my blog as my families in England and Belgium read it but it will be way less about giveaways and reviews and more about my kids and all the fun things we'll be doing in the future. I will still do some reviews/giveaways but there will be considerably less of them.

I want to thank you all for understanding and I'm sure I will talk to you on my blog or your blog.

Thanks!
